Best garage in town!
Matt and his team serviced my old car faithfully, and when it was time to get another car, they made sure it was safe and in tip-top shape. They always give great advice and they are flexible to accomodate your availability.
I have been their customer for 10 years, and here's my wish for 10 more good ones!

Today I had my car serviced at Automotive Edge. Technician send a report with pictures! Excellent and honest advice; and great customer service. They changed the pads and rotors. Thank you Automotive Edge.

I visited branch on Victoria street. Very professional mechanic services. They give written rapport for reference with pictures and also I have received a video with my mechanic showing me where is the issue on my car.
The girls at reception are quick and very polite.
Also they provide you with extra complementary service. If you don’t have way to get home you can rent a car from them until yours is fixed.

I had a “Check Hybrid System” issue with my 2009 Lexus GS 450h that even the dealership couldn’t properly fix, but Automotive Edge diagnosed and solved the problem professionally.
Their team was knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They fixed the issue properly and my car is running great again. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I really appreciated their attention to detail and communication throughout the process.

It is very difficult to find technicians who not only care about cars (and customers), but also care about understanding them enough to fix them correctly. This facility is filled with such hard working technicians.........if there was an option for 10 starts.........10/10👍

I brought my car into Automotive Edge to fix a coolant leak and a faulty hood latch. While there were a couple of small hiccups when I first picked it up, some missing engine cover pins and an interior cover that wasn't quite seated right. The team handled it like total pros. They rectified the issues immediately without any hassle and even went the extra mile by cleaning the engine bay for me. I really appreciate the accountability and the great customer service. Highly recommend!

Wow I had some squealing on my newly changed brakes and they just replaced the pads and checked everything again plus another item while I used their loaner for the day. FOR FREE because they stand behind their work.

I highly recommend Automotive Edge for going above and beyond to help me with my Ford Mustang Mach E. I was unable to get any support from Ford dealership and other mechanics around KW and GTA area. Matt offered me a solution and got the problem resolved within a couple of days. I was highly impressed with their skilled mechanics and excellent service. Staff were very friendly and made me feel like I have been a regular customer. I cannot thank enough, the whole team, especially Matt, for their support and prompt assistance.

First visit to Automotive Edge and a great experience. I brought my 2014 VW Jetta in for routine maintenance and to check a suspected fluid leak. The team was thorough, transparent, and didn’t push unnecessary repairs.

They inspected the vehicle properly, clearly explained their findings, and even provided photos and videos from the inspection, which I really appreciated. Pricing was fair, communication was professional, and this is exactly the kind of honest, diagnostic-focused shop I was looking for. I rarely review products or services online, but this time I feel it's important I do, as it may help other people that may find themselves in a similar situation. I have had this problem with my Subaru Outback for a long time, about 4-5 months after I bought it. A hesitation, usually on take off, not brutal but not pleasant. Went to several shops a few years back, nobody could figure it out. Local dealer took it for a spin and said it runs fine. Somehow it acted up less for several years, but this year(2025) it became unbearable, it would shake quite badly at times and became kind of dangerous to drive. Most mechanics I have talked to wouldn't even look at it, based on symptoms description. One shop took it in, replaced the ECU and made the problem way worse.
Luckily Automotive Edge had agreed to look into it and Matt had pledged right at the beginning that no car leaves their shop unfixed. Well, they kept their word and got it fixed and kept the bill reasonable.
I really appreciate Matt's efforts and I'm happy I've found the shop I could rely on! Front desk ladies were also very helpful and quick in addressing any issues.

Mat, Becky and the rest of the staff, we want the thank you for such a great experience we had on our recent repairs on our tesla. They were very informative on the repairs that need to be done with detailed videos of service tech while diagnosing for repairs needed. They were in constant communication with regards to the estimate pricing and availability to finish repairs while giving me a curtiss vehicle for a week week while our car was in the shop. After quoting an issue through the dealership I thought it would be best to price out the same job with Automotive Edge. After they sent a thorough service report with pictures, explanations and recommendations I was pleased to see that they were able to quote the same job at a fraction of the cost. They saved me thousands on a repair rather than a replacement. With this report I can easily prioritize upcoming work I need done on my vehicle and look forward to booking with them.

I can schedule appointments by email and the staff is very friendly. I have over 350 000 km on my car and it is still running great thanks to their service.

I had an exceptional experience at Automotive Edge in Kitchener, Ontario. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond. I dropped off my 2015 Lincoln MKX on a Friday after being told by another garage that parts were not available and OEM was back ordered. To my surprise, by Monday I received a detailed inspection report and a video clearly explaining the issues with my vehicle.

The team not only told me it could be fixed, but also provided a clear estimate. I was honestly speechless and incredibly relieved. My wife and I hadn’t driven the car for over a month because it was unsafe, and in the meantime we were renting a vehicle and reluctantly shopping for a new one.

Once again another outstanding service at reasonable rates. I had my water pump,coolant, and brakes serviced today. The ladies at the front desk are super friendly and take time to explain prices and details of services. A shop that provides excellent service, is trustworthy and reasonable rates. A true gem in Kitchener. I highly recommend.
